Orange Selenite is a variety of Selenite and a member of the Gypsum family. It crystallizes in the form of masses, large tabular rods (with striations), and bladed clusters. The color is from impurities of Hematite within, with the darker orange pieces containing larger amounts of this iron-bearing stone. (reference 2)

Use Orange Selenite to remove electromagnetic stress in and around your home. It works well to connect us to the Earth and Moon energies and cleanses the Sacral chakra. The name ‘Selenite’ derives from the Greek goddess Selene, the goddess of the moon. It’s also called the Satin Spar, Maria Glass, or Desert Rose. But that is only the literal meaning of Selenite – there exist important spiritual meanings, too.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. Customized orders cannot be returned. If an item has been worn or is not in its original condition, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
