Castor Oil

Certified Organic.

A natural source oil from certified organic castor beans. It is smoothing on the skin. Stores well under most conditions. Avoid extreme heat. Castor oil is soluble in alcohol.

Many uses. Commonly used externally as a castor oil pack.

• saturate a wool or flannel cloth the size of your belly with castor oil
• lie down
• apply to the stomach
• add light heat through a hot water bottle or heating pad
• start with 30 min application

You can place the castor oil washcloth in a container and use it again (make sure not to keep it too long though, mold and bad smells aren't good)

*do not do castor oil packs if pregnant, have an IUD, or are menstruating
