Rock Water is one of the core Dr. Bach “Four Helpers.” Rock Water Essence supports a flexible mind a go-with-the-flow attitude.

Dr. Bach suggested this spring should have traditional healing qualities and be “unhampered by any shrines of man’s making.” Ours is made with the essence of water collected at such a spring in Vermont.

Dr Bach’s description

Flower essence is made with: spring water that flows over rocks, water, and a bit of brandy for preservation.

Flower and crystal essences work on a vibrational level using the energy of the earth. Each flower or crystal's energetic power is quite strong.
Pause, and set your intention for your work with the vibrations of the earth. Then use just a couple of drops as often as you need throughout your day.
