Reiki/Energy Work (60min)

Humans have been using body work and energy healing for millennia: prayer, ritual, laying on of hands, reiki, fire cupping, tapping, pummeling, massage, bio energy feedback, craniosacral therapy, postural drainage, clapping/ vibrations, reflexology, rolfing, vivation breathwork, somatic experiencing- the list goes on and on. These modalities have existed for so long because quite simply; they work. Well before the New York Times best seller ; “The Body Keeps Score” was released (great book - read it), human beings deeply understood some universal truths; we need body work and energy for integration to wholeness. There are experiences that we store in our bodies that we just don’t have language or linear expressions for.

Specifically, in a session with me; you and I will gently speak about YOU. We will discuss methods, options, trust, consent, and together we will build a space where deep intuitive listening can occur.

I believe in universal energy and I believe we are so much more than the bodies that we are inhabiting. I believe in your body’s inherent wisdom to release and heal when loving intent is held, and heart centered companioning is present. Because of these core beliefs I am able to provide virtual sessions and am happy to discuss what that might look like for you and your journey.


People's experiences are as unique as they are; some people cry, giggle, snore, experience heat or vibrations, feelings of "flow", some people experience a sense of well being and relaxation. People often describe a feeling of being held and deeply nurtured. Others describe sensations of moving energy, deep relaxation, feelings of being supported and visions of images and colors. Some experience an emotional release, or they may experience insight into specific areas of their lives. We take time to integrate this. As well as come up with some aftercare ideas easily implement to support your energetic flow.
