Each Mole Hollow votive candle is individually poured by hand and scented with essential oils or aromas that Mole Hollow blends themselves. 100% cotton wick.

Burn time; approximately 15 hours per candle.

Mole Hollow Candles was founded in western Massachusetts in 1969. They began by selling candles at farmers markets, and slowly scaled up to a national presence. 

Quite a lot has changed since 1969, but some things - like their process and materials -  never will. They maintain the utmost commitment to quality, artisan manufacturing with a focus on domestically sourced waxes, wicks, and scents. Mole Hollow employs local craftspeople and all of our products remain made in Massachusetts.

Please use care and precautions when using candles. Burn at your own risk. It is recommended to place a lit candle on a heat-resistant coaster/surface to prevent any possibility of heat damage. Wild Soul River assumes no responsibility for any damage that may occur due to the misuse of candles, and candle burning.
-BE MINDFUL WHILE THE CANDLE IS LIT
-Always burn on a heat-resistant surface
-Avoid Drafty Areas
-Do not burn near additional heat sources
-To achieve an even burn, burn for 3-5 hour* intervals til a full melt pool forms.
-Keep wax pool free of Debris
-Keep burning candles away from children & pets
-ALWAYS keep the wick trimmed to 1/4" to prevent soot and smoke from flame
-When candle wax has burned down to 1/2" of the base, the candle will become hotter from flame causing heat retention. Exercise caution when burning.
-Soy Wax spills can be cleaned with ease. Use warm soapy water.

You buy it, we ship it as soon as we can. (typically the following business day - we are closed on Mondays) Always within 7 days.

We use USPS only and are able to ship to the landmass currently known as the United States and Internationally via USPS International. 

Not all products can ship outside of the US. For example, no bone or animal products can ship outside of the US.

Return policy

Wild Soul River upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. The quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition.

As a VERY SMALL business, we are unable to accept returns at this time.

We are not responsible for packages lost by USPS or shipping issues once the package has left the United States. We will not refund items that do not arrive due to a local shipping issue. The buyer is responsible for contacting their postal service to track down missing packages that have left the United States.
