Our locally foraged Forest Vitality Elixir combines Inonotus obliquus, commonly called Chaga, with White Pine Pollen, and local Maple Syrup from Sweet Brook Farm. This is a wonderful elixir of energy and strength.
Chaga and Pine Pollen are both sustainably wildcrafted in the Berkshire Mountains.

Pine pollen has been used traditionally in various cultures for its healing properties. In ancient Egypt it was referred to as “life giving dust”
- Nutrient-Rich Pine pollen contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants. It's rich in vitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D, and vitamin E, along with minerals like calcium, magnesium, and zinc.

In addition, maple syrup has been deemed a good source of vitamins, and minerals necessary for the human body for biochemical reactions such as the synthesis of enzymes or hormones. Minerals are also involved in vital processes such as bone, muscle, heart, and brain maintenance and function. Potassium and Ca are the most abundant elements of maple syrup with concentrations between 541 and 4031 ppm, and 278–2800 ppm, respectively

How to use
How to use
Tinctures are meant to be used as a dietary supplement and taken 1-3 times daily or as needed. This mushroom tincture is extracted using a double extraction technique that involves a month long alcohol soak followed by a hot water decoction for optimal extraction of both alcohol and water soluble constituents. You can take tinctures directly from the bottle or add it to tea, coffee, juice, or water.
