Breath Steam

Thyme, Eucalyptus, Spearmint

Put 1/2 the bag in a bowl add hot water let cool to a temperature that you will not burn your face. Hot water steam can cause burns so be careful. Put a towel over your head and inhale the steam and breathe out congestion.
